Order Cancellations
You can request cancellation before the order is shipped by emailing ORROGROUP.HQ@GMAIL.COM with your order number. Once shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed and the return process may apply.
Return Eligibility
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags, packaging, invoice, and accessories. Innerwear, final-sale items, altered products, and products damaged after delivery are not eligible for return unless required by law.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact ORRO GROUP within 48 hours of delivery with order details and clear photos or an unboxing video. After verification, we will offer replacement, return, or refund based on availability and issue type.
Refund Mode and Timeline
Approved prepaid refunds are processed back to the original payment method used through the applicable payment partner. Refund initiation normally happens within 5 to 7 working days after cancellation approval or return quality check. The bank, card issuer, UPI app, or wallet may take additional time to credit the amount.
For cash on delivery orders, approved refunds may be processed by bank transfer or store credit after receiving valid customer account details. Store credit, if issued, is valid for 90 days from the issue date.
Shipping Charges
Forward and reverse shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or wrong product sent by us.
